    Op het erf van woonvereniging De Nieuwe Proef komt een atelier / praktijkruimte vrij. De ruimte is per direct beschikbaar en is te huur tot en met 31 juli 2018.

    Het betreft een ruimte van 44,5m. De huurprijs is € 545 per maand.

    De ruimte is geschikt als kantoor, werkkamer, praktijkruimte, cursusruimte of atelier. Voorzien van electra, wi-fi, vloerverwarming, flexibele scheidingswand en keukenblok met water. Toiletten en een doucheruimte bevinden zich op de gang. Ramen op het westen en op het oosten, zicht op het erf en de achter gelegen boomsingel, eigen ingang. De ruimte is toegankelijk voor minder valide mensen.

    Boerderij De Nieuwe Proef is landelijk doch gunstig gelegen op slechts 4 km van Obdam (NS station), 8 km van Heerhugowaard en 12 km van Hoorn. De A7 richting Amsterdam ligt op 10 minuten rijden.

    De ruimte is niet geschikt als woonruimte.
